A Patch Manager is required to put in place Patch processes to MSI package and standards.

In this role you will be required to:-

• Define Patch processes
• Build sandbox environment
• Build out the processes for Windows/Server
• Identify the 3rd party software which sits outside the current patching
• Automox build with supplier support
• Provide supporting documentation and training
• Ensure testing is in place
• Define a patching test plan for all services with associated Patching test bed

You will have:

• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Practical experience in an IT operations role.
• Good technical knowledge of Windows Server management (including patch management)
• Any experience with Automox would be desirable but not essential
