Job Description
A multifaceted, organized, self-starter is required to join a Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an IT Company supporting a manufacturing facility and corporate population based in Bray, Ireland. This role will be responsible for the Bray and Corks sites.
You will have :-
- Proven experience is required in an HR capacity across Manufacturing/Distribution functions (c. 100+ employees)
- Experience with working in a Unionised environment (Relationship management, negotiations where required)
- Experience with HR systems such as Employee Central and Talent Connections
- Must have experience of advising all levels of management on HR Policies and Procedures and Employee Relations, including but not limited to: Performance Management, Capability/Conduct/Gross Misconduct issues and Absence Management
- Experience in Recruitment within a HR team, including but not limited to: Effective external stakeholder management, onboarding administration and HR system maintenance
- Ability to understand the business needs and advise accordingly, within the correct parameters and local legalisation
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Strong focus on results and attention to detail
- Pro-active demeanour and key problem solver
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
