1st Line IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk
A 1st Line IT Support Analyst is required for this London based Marketing Agency. This is an office-based position to suit someone who is organised, dedicated, and not scared to get stuck in.
You will be outgoing, approachable and build a fantastic rapport with your colleagues to help them overcome all kinds of technical issues they might be experiencing. You will be able to log, identify and fix issues, whilst keeping the end-user informed of your progress.
- Previous experience in a 1st line support role
- Microsoft platform knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 inc SharePoint along with good hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills are essential
- Microsoft Server Technologies along with the supporting systems (IIS, AD, Group Policy DHCP and DNS) and desktop technologies
- Networking knowledge
- PowerShell knowledge
- Support of MS Office Suite
- Good communicator
- Clear troubleshooting methodology
